A Bluebell Walk - with a difference
Sunday 27th April , 1pm - 3.00pm.
An interactive walk to discover more about these beautiful flowers, suitable for all ages. Followed by tea and cake from 3pm and an optional short service from 3.30pm at St Margaret's Church, Lewknor.

Eco Trail Adventure
Sunday 1st June, 11am - 3.00pm.
Come and explore and learn more about the reserve on our unique, self-led, eco adventure! Receive your very own Eco Passport, encounter the mysterious Green Man and enjoy a BBQ with local produce along the way.
Meet on Aston Rowant National Nature Reserve, opposite Cowleaze Wood car park off the Christmas Common Road.
Free event suitable for ages 6 +

Bat and Moth Night
Saturday 7th June, 8pm - 10pm.
Discover the wonders of nature after dark! Have a look at what has turned up in our moth trap and listen out for those elusive bats!

Get Glowing! – Glow Worm Walk
Friday 11th July, 9.30pm - 10.30pm.
Join us as we track down and tell you all about these fascinating creatures!
Meet at the Reserve Office signposted from the A40 near the junction with B4009.
Free event - suitable for all ages.

Sounds Like Summer! Music Inspired by Nature!
Sunday 13th July, 12 noon - 4pm.
Come and enjoy an eclectic mix of musical performances all inspired by the beauty of the reserve. Make your own natural musical instruments, try out instruments from around the world, enjoy local foods and take part in a unique musical trail around the reserve.
If your group would like to perform at this event please call us to arrange a trip to the reserve.

Have a go at the ancient craft of coppicing, then use wood harvested from the Reserve to build your own rustic chair.
All tools, plus tea / coffee provided. Please bring a packed lunch.
The cost is £20 and this event is not suitable for under 16s.

Learn all about the weird and wonderful fungi of the reserve from our fungi expert. Bring friends and family on a foray with a difference and enoy fun and games for all the family.

Sunday 7th December, 4.30pm - 7.30pm.
Join us for what is becoming a seasonal tradition!
Bring your own lantern/torch and discover the magic of nature after dark!
