Agent authorisation	All	NE-auth	Applicants/ Agreement holders, to authorise an agent to act on their behalf.
British native-origin seed form	HLS	NE-BNS	Agreement holders, to support the HLS claim. Used to register the source of seed used on the HLS agreement.
Common land supplementary application	ELS, HLS	NE-CLA3	Applicants, if the application for ELS or HLS includes common land.
Derogation notice	ELS, OELS	NE-DN	Agreement holders, to notify Natural England of a derogation.
Derogation request	HLS	NE-DR	Agreement holders, to request a derogation.
Farm educational visit evaluation form	ES	NE-FEDV	Agreement holder and visit organiser. Must be submitted with claim form.
Group visits summary sheet	ES	NE-GVSSFFL	Agreement holder, to publicise educational access sites.
Field parcel reconciliation	OELS	NE-FPR	Applicants, to reconcile IACS/OS field parcels on the Organic certificate of registration to RLR parcels in the OELS pre-application .
Historic buildings information form	HLS	NE-HBI	Applicants, to apply for restoration of historic buildings.
Supplementary land ownership and control form	ES	NE-LOC	Applicants, if they do not have management control over all/part of the land for the entire agreement term.
VAT Declaration	HLS	NE-VAT	Agreement holders who are not VAT registered and are therefore unable to reclaim the VAT element on goods and services purchased (Capital elements only).
