How to Apply in 5 easy steps
1. Contact the Country Parks Accreditation Scheme Administration Team for an Application Form by:

They will send you a form by e-mail.
If phoning, the administration team operates on a part-time basis; please do leave a message.
2. Complete the form electronically – when doing so:
First read the Scheme's Terms of Engagement: (226kb)![]()
Read the Guidance for Applicants: (451kb)![]()
Have to hand the Evidence requirements: (470kb)![]()
All these form part of the Scheme Handbook, which explains everything about how the Scheme works.
3. Send your completed Application Form and supporting evidence to the Scheme Administration Team:
If your Evidence is electronic and less than 7Mb in size - by e-mail
If your Evidence is electronic and more than 7Mb in size – on a CD to the address below. Please note that we cannot accept memory sticks
If any of your Evidence is hard copy, and you can’t scan it, send it by post to:

Please clearly mark the envelope and all documents enclosed with your Unique Reference Number (you will find this on the ‘Applicant Details’ page of the Application form – it begins CPACC)
